Hi, I'm Léa! Welcome!
I have always loved art and creation. When I learned that you could use a face as a canvas, it was all over for me. From that day forward I knew I had found my thing. From glam to special effects, I love to make it happen. Once I decided that I wanted to make this a business, I went from YouTube tutorials to Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine. There I received my esthetic license in 2020. I took a break from makeup for a while, but now I am back and ready to rock and roll. Thus, Freeman Face Co. was born.
THE MISSION
My name is Lea Proulx Freeman,
and inclusivity and equality are what matter to me. As a proud lesbian, this will always be a safe space for my fellow LGBTQIA+ community members. In my personal life, I serve on various boards and in various roles with a focus on equality. I know that it is more important than ever before to use our voices to uplift and empower our minority communities. When I say, "beauty for every face," I mean it.
On my services page, you will see that I offer gender affirming makeup lessons for free. With the recent target on the transgender community, many will find themselves without access to gender affirming care. Makeup can be used in various ways to feminize or masculinize the face as desired and cannot be taken away. Please know that this business stands with the transgender community strongly and proudly.
